A governed domain. The OVERSEER is created by the OVERLORD and stands above
member, agent, and participant — governing a delegated domain: mindx.algo on
Algorand, or a chain earned by being the first deployer of the BankonBatchWrapper there.
If the OVERLORD is that deployer, it is both OVERLORD and OVERSEER on that chain.
The OVERSEER's φ share: 38.2% of the golden-ratio fee on its chain. An OVERSEER may create shadow-overlord instances — proxies and upgradeable contracts — for development work. One law is absolute: the OVERSEER cannot delete the OVERLORD.
Geometry, suitable as to role: the octagon — the world bound. Octagon math for
the world: everything inside max(|x|,|y|,(|x|+|y|)/√2) ≤ apothem is yours to govern.
